From First Call to First Post
This is how we start working with a new business. We go through each step with you on the first call.

A Video Call with Mostafa
Mostafa walks you through each step, learns how your business works and agrees with you on what your first month should show.
- 02IF YOU CHOOSE IT
A Photo and Video Visit
If you choose on-site shooting, our photo and video team comes to your place and shoots your space, your team and your work. If you'd rather use your own photos, skip this step.

One Private Place for Your Files
Everything we shoot and everything you send goes into a private shared storage space. Only you and our team can open it, and you can see every file.

We Make Your Posts
We choose the best material from that space, edit the photos, cut the reels and write the captions.

You Approve, We Publish
Each post waits for your yes. Once you approve it, it goes out on schedule.

You don't have to book a photo shoot. You can also send us:
From Your Phone
Photos and videos you take yourself, at work, as things happen.
Files You Already Have
Pictures and clips you already have from past months or past campaigns.
Your Own Photographer
Photos from a photographer you already work with.
What We Do With Them
We use them to make your finished posts, the same way we use our own shoots.
Every Month, Step by Step
Once you are set up, every month follows the same six steps.

Plan
In the last week of the month, next month's posts arrive in your portal as a plan. You approve the plan before we start.
- 02
Shoot
Mostafa spends two hours at your place, as often as your plan includes. Or you send us your own photos and videos.
- 03
Make
We edit the photos, cut the reels and write the captions. AI helps with first drafts; people finish every post.
- 04
Approve
You approve each post or ask for changes, with up to two rounds per post. You have 48 hours to reply to each one.
- 05
Publish
Approved posts go out on schedule, and you get a notification when each one is live. Nothing goes out without a person's yes.
- 06
Reply and Report
We answer your comments and messages as your plan includes. At the end of the month you get a report of what worked and what we will try next.
What You See in Your Portal
Your portal shows exactly where your month is. It works at your desk and on your phone, and it opens with our first clients.
- Content calendar. Every planned post with its date. Approve a post or ask for changes in one tap.
- Statistics. Followers, reach, link taps and calls, and your best posts.
- Brand files. Your logo, your colours and the photos and videos for your posts.
